Q1: How can I purchase the product here?
A1: Once you click "Sign Up" and fill in some information, then you are a registered member, and you can start to purchase what you like.    

Q2: How is the order processing?    
A2: Registration(save this step if you are already one registered member)→
login your registered ID→
view items and collect your favourite goods to your cart→
pick the items from your cart to order→
Choose your delivery region (you will see the shipping cost in the list, pls choose "Purchase Spare Part" in the list if you purchase the part, the shipping cost of the part is same for all the regions), fill in the delivery information and choose your payment method→
Get the invoice to do payment (if you choose PayPal as the payment method, then you can finish the payment directly, pls click "Pay Now")→
order will be mailed out within 48 hrs after payment is done, we will send the notification to you at the same time
(NOTICE : if you need the model and some parts, pls buy them separately, otherwise the system will show you a wrong shipping cost :-)

Q3: The model will be tested before shipping?
A3: Yes, Of course, our technician will test and check all before sending out the model to you.

Q4: How long will you send out the package after the payment is done?
A4: We will send out the package to you within 48 hrs after receiving your payment, we will send the notification (with tracking number) to you at the same time.

Q5: If the package is lost in the shipping, what can I do?
A5: We will send out another package to you ASAP when we confirm the package is lost.

Q6: If I find some parts defective when I receive the package, what will I do?
A6: If you meet this case, pls notify us no later than 3 days after you receive the package, and show the photo of the defective part to us, we will send the replacement to you ASAP when we confirm which part you need.

Q7: If I find the package is damaged in the shipping, I want to get the refund or exchange, what will I do?
A7: We guarantee your satisfaction. To be eligible for refund & exchange , customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and pay all return shipping expense, and pls NOTICE the following:
*Item must be returned in its original and UNUSED condition. Goods must also be in its original box and packing.
*Customer must email us for refund authorization prior to returning item.
*Refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
*We only refund the price of the product; Shipping&handling fees are non-refundable.
